Shipping Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours on business days, with a tracking link emailed the moment your parcel leaves. Standard delivery is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch — if you are dressing for a fixed date, please order as early as you can. Shipping is a flat $12 within the EU, UK, US, Asia and Oceania, and a flat $15 elsewhere. Orders over $99 ship free worldwide.
Returns Unworn items with tags still attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email care@luxangner.com and we will send the return address and instructions the same working day. Return postage is on us — send the item back with a tracked standard service and keep the receipt, and we refund the postage together with the item. There is no restocking fee.
