Shipping rates
- Free on all orders over $99, worldwide.
- $12 flat on orders under $99 to the EU, UK, United States, Asia and Oceania.
- $15 flat on orders under $99 to all other destinations.
We do not ship to mainland China.
Dispatch and tracking
Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours on business days. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves. Delivery time depends on your destination — your tracking link shows the estimated date.
Customs and import charges
Depending on where you live, your customs authority may charge import duty or tax when the parcel arrives. Those charges are set locally and are not included in the price you pay us. If you are unsure, please check your country import rules before ordering.
Free returns
You can return any unworn item with its tags still attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- Email care@luxangner.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We reply the same working day with the return address and instructions.
- Post the item back. Once it arrives and we have checked it, we refund you to the original payment method.
Return postage is on us. Send the item back with a tracked standard service and keep the receipt — we refund the postage together with the item. There is no restocking fee.
Not returnable: items that have been worn, washed, altered or had tags removed.
