Who we are
LUX ANGNER sells occasionwear online at huabuyu.shop. For anything in this policy, email care@luxangner.com.
What we collect
- Order details — your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and what you ordered. We need these to process and deliver your order.
- Account details — if you create an account, your email address and password (stored encrypted).
- Email address — if you sign up to The List, we store your email to send you the welcome code and occasional new-arrival and restock emails.
- Payment information — handled by PayPal. We receive confirmation that payment succeeded; we never store your card number.
- Cart and session data — cookies that keep your basket and login working.
- Usage data — pages viewed and referring links, collected by our self-hosted analytics (WP Statistics) and by Jetpack. This is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
- Chat messages — if you use the live chat widget (provided by Tawk.to), the conversation and your email address if you leave one.
Why we use it
To take payment and deliver your order; to answer your questions and handle returns; to send marketing emails you asked for; and to understand which pages work so we can improve the site.
Who we share it with
Only what is necessary: PayPal (payments), the carrier delivering your parcel (name and address), our email provider, and the analytics and chat providers listed above. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your basket, session and login working — the site cannot function without them. Analytics cookies tell us which pages are visited. You can block cookies in your browser, though the basket and checkout may stop working.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Marketing email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is aggregated.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email care@luxangner.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any email, or by replying and asking us to stop.
