1. About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on huabuyu.shop. By placing an order you agree to them. LUX ANGNER is a registered trademark; our contact address for everything below is care@luxangner.com.
2. Products and prices
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are the price you pay for the item. Colours may look slightly different from screen to screen. We may change prices or withdraw styles at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was listed incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex (processed by PayPal), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken when you place the order.
5. Shipping
Shipping is free on orders over $99. Below that it is a flat $12 within the EU, UK, US, Asia and Oceania, and a flat $15 elsewhere. We do not ship to mainland China. Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours on business days. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown on your tracking link. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Customs and import charges
Import duty or tax may be charged by your customs authority when the parcel arrives. These charges are not included in what you pay us and are your responsibility.
7. Returns
Unworn items with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return postage is covered by us — send the item back with a tracked standard service and we refund the postage together with the item. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
8. Coupon codes
The code LUX15 gives 15% off your first order and is limited to one use per customer. It cannot be combined with other codes. We may change or withdraw a code at any time, but not on an order already placed.
9. Our liability
We are responsible for delivering the goods you ordered, and for any loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us failing to do so. We are not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs authorities, or for anything outside our reasonable control.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LUX ANGNER is established, and disputes will be handled by the courts there.
